We distinguish sound as vibration from symbolic sound forms. The latter are the result of human being ́s intentional and exclusive act of sound production or reception and can be studied in it ́s triple dimension, as a material fact, as a perceived event in time and as an imaginary phenomena. Symbolic sound forms carry the signature of every sound production operation made by composers, luthiers, sound designers, phonographic producers and musicians.
