Some of the key questions that guided the research focus on the teachers' conflicts that emerged, their reasons, how they developed, how they were organized and which teachers' unions became relevant. This is a qualitative study based on oral testimonies and documents, particularly the press coverage. Este trabajo se propone analizar a los trabajadores docentes entre 1973 y 1976, atendiendo especialmente a las organizaciones gremiales y a las acciones colectivas que se desarrollaron en la provincia de Santa Fe, durante el período en el que se configura a nivel nacional la Confederación de Trabajadores de la Educación de la República Argentina. Qué conflictos docentes se presentaron, cuáles fueron las razones de estos, cómo se llevaron adelante, cómo se organizaron, qué sindicatos docentes cobraron relevancia, son algunos de los interrogantes claves que guiaron la investigación. Se trata de un estudio cualitativo sobre la base de testimonios orales y documentos, particularmente, la prensa.
