Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales; Argentina. Este proyecto continúa las líneas trazadas en el CAID 2016-2020 Política y cultura en la Argentina del siglo XX. Perspectivas y desafíos interdisciplinarios construyendo miradas sobre las relaciones entre política y cultura en distintos niveles de análisis y en múltiples enclaves. En función de llevar a cabo un estudio interdisciplinario hemos organizado y definido tres nudos históricos que comprenden lecturas desde la historia y el trabajo social: 1) La primera mitad del siglo XX en escala regional; 2) Nuevos paradigmas: en las décadas de 1960 y 1970; y 3) Reconfiguraciones, identidades y nuevos proyectos a partir de la transición democrática. En el primer núcleo temporal abordaremos tres líneas íntimamente vinculadas: a) la relación entre la política y las industrias culturales en Santa Fe; b) la salud pública en clave regional desde una perspectiva socio-cultural enfocando las acciones estatales; c) los escenarios y actores del campo educativo santafesino, en todos los casos articulando el caso de la provincia de Santa Fe en diálogo con la dimensión nacional e internacional. El segundo nudo histórico se despliega en torno a los años que transcurren desde el golpe de estado de 1955 hasta el retorno de la democracia en 1983. En este segmento cronológico seleccionamos nuevamente tres subtemas para analizar la relación entre la política y la cultura en diferentes escalas: a) la relación entre política y universidad enfocando el caso particular de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral; b) las condiciones materiales de circulación y recepción del saber sociológico en la región bajo el signo de la hegemonía norteamericana; c) la cuestión de la laicidad del estado en la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Por último, abordaremos las últimas décadas del siglo XX hasta la actualidad. En este bloque estudiaremos el surgimiento de nuevas políticas estatales para mediar en los problemas propios de las sociedades neoliberales, las tensiones y debates en torno al carácter de la intervención de los trabajadores sociales en ese contexto y -en el sentido inverso- las protestas y formas de acción de los grupos minoritarios para llegar al estado e instaurar sus demandas en la agenda social. This project continues the lines drawn in the CAID 2016-2020 Politics and culture in Argentina in the 20th century. Interdisciplinary perspectives and challenges building views on the relations between politics and culture at different levels of analysis and in multiple enclaves. In order to carry out an interdisciplinary study, we have organized and defined three historical items that include readings from history and social work: 1) The first half of the 20th century on a regional scale; 2) New paradigms: in the 1960s and 1970s; and 3) Reconfigurations, identities and new projects from the democratic transition. In the first temporal nucleus we will approach three closely related lines: a) the relationship between politics and the cultural industries in Santa Fe; b) public health in a regional key from a socio-cultural perspective focusing on state actions; c) the scenarios and actors of the Santa Fe educational field, articulating the case of the province of Santa Fe in dialogue with the national and international dimension. The second historical item unfolds around the years that elapse from the 1955 coup d'etat to the return of democracy in 1983. In this chronological segment we again select three subtopics to analyze the relationship between politics and culture at different scales : a) the relationship between politics and the university, focusing on the particular case of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral; b) the material conditions of circulation and reception of sociological knowledge in the region under the sign of North American hegemony; c) the question of state secularism in the second half of the 20th century. Finally, we will address the last decades of the 20th century to the present day.
