Análisis de políticas educativas en la provincia de Santa Fe, culturas políticas y reformas legislativas sobre el campo educativo. Entre 1930 y 1943 se investigan las agendas educativas de la experiencia demoprogresista de Luciano Molinas (entre 1932 y 1935) y los gobiernos conservadores de Manuel María de Iriondo y Joaquín Argonz (desde 1937 a 1943). A partir del análisis de los boletines publicados periódicamente por el Consejo General de Educación como organismo integrante del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública, el análisis de la prensa escrita y los debates alrededor de la escuela y su rol en nuevos paradigmas. La investigación se detiene en las dimensiones políticas que encuentran en el campo educativo un recurrente fuente de legitimidad, construcción de consensos y conmemoraciones en una década atravesado por una crisis de legitimidad de orígen. El sistema educativo se constituyó en un dispositivo central de disputa ante las aspiraciones propias a las culturas políticas reformistas liberales, descentralizadoras y progresistas por un lado; como de las culturas políticas católicas, conservdoras, centralistas por otro. Sin dejar de indagar en las experiencias pedagógicas de la escuela nueva, las nuevas agencias estatales, los ensayos institucionales como la escuela social, escuela e higienismo y la regulación por la protección de la infancia y la niñez. Analysis of educational policies in the province of Santa Fe, political cultures and legislative reforms on the educational field. Between 1930 and 1943, the educational agendas of the demo-progressive experience of Luciano Molinas (between 1932 and 1935) and the conservative governments of Manuel María de Iriondo and Joaquín Argonz (from 1937 to 1943) are investigated. Based on the analysis of the bulletins published periodically by the General Council of Education as an integral body of the Ministry of Public Instruction, the analysis of the written press and the debates around the school and its role in new paradigms. The research stops at the political dimensions that find in the educational field a recurring source of legitimacy, consensus building and commemorations in a decade crossed by a crisis of legitimacy of origin. The educational system was constituted in a central device of dispute before the own aspirations to the liberal, decentralizing and progressive reformist political cultures on the one hand; as of the Catholic, conservative, centralist political cultures on the other.
