La incorporación legislativa de los derechos personalísimos y la consecuente categoría de las relaciones jurídicas extrapatrimoniales importa un replanteo de la teoría general de institutos como el acto jurídico. Se analiza la normativa vigente proyectándosela sobre los preceptos del acto jurídico, abordando dos emergentes puntuales como lo son la autonomía de la voluntad y la representación.
