Montero, Mariano Damián The interview with Rafael Barrett, grandson of the remembered homonymous writer of the early twentieth century, brings us closer to the testimony of the only survivor to this day of the remembered expanded meeting of the Central Committee of the Paraguayan Communist Party, held in Buenos Aires, on september 11, july 1965.  There the PCP ended up breaking into two irreconcilable groups until now.  During the conversation, various negative aspects related to the internal practices of the PCP fly over, such as the cult of personality of its Secretary General, sectarianism, internal struggles, and also reflection on the armed struggle and the mistakes made La entrevista a Rafael A. Barret, nieto del recordado escritor homónimo de principios de del siglo XX, nos acerca el testimonio del único sobreviviente al día de hoy de la recordada reunión ampliada del Comité Central del Partido Comunista Paraguayo (PCP), realizada en Buenos Aires, el 11 de julio de 1965.  Allí se terminó de quebrar el PCP en dos agrupaciones irreconciliables hasta el presente.  Durante la conversación, sobrevuelan diversos aspectos negativos ligados a las prácticas internas del PCP como el culto a la personalidad de su Secretario General, el sectarismo, las luchas internas, y también la reflexión sobre la lucha armada y los errores cometidos.
