In this sense, it is important to determine from when the execution procedure should be initiated, what are the means of forced execution, identify the limits and guarantees in the exercise of the administrative self-guardianship and the possibility of challenge in judicial headquarters of the administrative acts of execution.

El objeto de esta investigación es analizar la justificación de la existencia de medios y procedimiento de ejecución forzosa de las sanciones administrativas ante el incumplimiento voluntario de lo dispuesto en el acto administrativo sancionador por parte del infractor. En este sentido, es importante determinar desde cuándo se debe iniciar el procedimiento de ejecución, cuáles son los medios de ejecución forzosa, identificar los límites y garantías en el ejercicio de la autotutela administrativa y la posibilidad de impugnación en sede judicial de los actos administrativos de ejecución.
