Associated management of functions and services, municipal unions and merged municipalities. Evolution of institutions
This article discusses ways of collaborating between local entities, for the execution of services and functions. It analyzes the forms of compulsory association, as well as the constitutional problems facing such obligatoriness. Finally, examples of some mergers of regional discipline are given.
