La cláusula del Estado social ha sido interpretada desde las coordenadas del pensamiento único, estático y unilateral, precisándose nuevos enfoques más humanos en consonancia con la centralidad y capitalidad del principio de la suprema dignidad del ser humano. En este sentido, se estudia el concepto de los derechos fundamentales de la persona en sus versiones individuales y sociales planteando la conveniencia del uso del concepto de la libertad solidaria.
