In particular the situation of teachers in public universities is analyzed, and the conflict that occurs when an acting teacher who has trade union immunity, for some reason is unable to continue their internship Este trabajo se enmarca en la necesidad de precisar el alcance de la tutela sindical, como garantía constitucional, en el caso de empleados públicos, con especial mención de los agentes interinos cuya condición de trabajo es precaria, porque su estabilidad no se encuentra consolidada. En particular se analiza la situación de los docentes de las universidades públicas, y el conflicto que se presenta cuando un docente interino que tiene fuero sindical, por alguna circunstancia se ve impedido de seguir con su interinato.
