Subsequently, we analyze the objective and subjective dimensions of the trajectories, as regards the socio-demographic traits, extra-ministerial sequences, and ministerial sequences of the state agents. Among the most important results, we can mention the importance of University as an institution which provides legitimacy, skills and networks, with other civil society organizations; the different forms that the entrances to state work take based on specific contexts and demands of human resources and the influence of the trajectories on the specific management within the Ministry of Social Development, recovering relevant sequences and concepts.
