So much so that workshops and advice were hel don facilities, food handling and food production. Among the associated practices, we worked in a multidisciplinary way, with other agricultural professionals and veterinary medicine students, to develop joint proposals. En este artículo se relata, como propuesta educativa, una experiencia de extensión que, además, formaba parte de la Práctica Profesional Supervisada de una estudiante de Ingeniería en Alimentos, sobre el aseguramiento de la inocuidad en una escuela agraria. Se detalla la forma de accionar y la búsqueda de soluciones para desarrollar propuestas educativas en relación a la temática. Tal es así que se realizaron talleres y asesoramientos sobre las instalaciones, la manipulación de alimentos y la producción de los mismos. Entre las prácticas asociadas se trabajó de forma multidisciplinaria, con otros profesionales agropecuarios y estudiantes de medicina veterinaria, para el desarrollo de propuestas de articulación.
