Devenir histórico de una cuestión persistente Mosca, Valeria Ana Through the review and systematization of specialized historical bibliography and information collected from the mass media and exploratory interviews, in this article we seek to identify and analyze the emergence and becoming of access to land of family farming as a 'question' throughout Argentine history. In line with our analytical theoretical perspective on public policy, which is based on the social process that is orchestrated around a “socially problematized issue”, we set ourselves this objective. We conclude that it is a problem whose origin dates back to the founding moments of the Argentine nation-state and therefore we carry out a historical review. In this sense, we consider that it is a matter historically problematized by the family farming sector in Argentina. A través de revisión y sistematización de bibliografía histórica especializada e información recolectada de medios de comunicación y entrevistas exploratorias, en este artículo buscamos identificar y analizar el surgimiento y devenir del acceso a tierra de la AF como ‘cuestión’ a lo largo de la historia argentina. En línea con nuestra perspectiva teórico analítica sobre la política pública, que se basa en el proceso social que se orquesta en torno a una “cuestión socialmente problematizada” nos propusimos este objetivo. Concluimos que se trata de una problemática cuyo origen se remonta a los momentos fundantes del Estado nación argentino y por ello realizamos un repaso histórico. En ese sentido afirmamos que es una cuestión históricamente problematizada por el sector de la agricultura familiar en Argentina.
