Considering the scarcity of human resources and that at the same time there is a demand for qualifi ed labor, the objective of this work tries to characterize and know the level of satisfaction of the personnel employed in agricultural companies.A case study was carried out from a qualitative approach, in which the level of satisfaction of rural employees was collected and characterized, through personal surveys, in productive establishments belonging to the private organization AACREA, in the center of the province of Santa Faith.The results obtained value and characterize some aspects that constitute the link between the employees and the producers who are in charge of the agricultural companies; and who seek to promote job satisfaction through continuous improvement in the way of working and communication, as a way to improve the production process   Los procesos de modernización de la actividad agropecuaria han impactado en la estructura, localización y distribución de los trabajadores rurales. Considerando la escasez de recursos humanos y que al mismo tiempo hay una demanda de mano de obra calificada, el objetivo de este trabajo intenta caracterizar y conocer el nivel de satisfacción del personal empleado en empresas agropecuarias. Se realizó un estudio de caso desde un enfoque cualitativo, en el que se relevó y caracterizó el nivel de satisfacción de los empleados rurales, a través de encuestas personales, en establecimientos productivos pertenecientes a la organización privada AACREA, del centro de la provincia de Santa Fe. Los resultados obtenidos valorizan y caracterizan algunos aspectos que constituyen el vínculo entre los empleados y los productores que están al mando de las empresas agropecuarias; y que buscan promover la satisfacción laboral mediante la mejora continua en la forma de trabajo y la comunicación, como manera de mejorar el proceso de producción.
