In addition, it describes how necessary it is for the organization to count on the strategic management’s contribution to the achievement of its goals as well as of the management group and employees’ objectives in order to be able to face uncertainty and risks about actions and reactions in markets. El siguiente artículo de investigación científica tiene como objetivo proponer un cambio de paradigma en la dirección de la empresa de Componentes Electrónicos, Pinar del Río. Fundamenta la necesidad de analizar la estrategia de la entidad como condición necesaria para el crecimiento y desarrollo, transformar e inducir valor. Se describe, además, la necesidad de que la dirección estratégica pueda contribuir a la obtención de metas de la organización y del grupo de dirección y trabajadores, que le permita enfrentar la incertidumbre y riesgos sobre las acciones y reacciones en los mercados.
