El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad diseñar e implementar un sistema de presupuestos y pronósticos para la firma Nutriar S.A. Durante el mismo, se diseñará un proceso para realizar un presupuesto integral y pronósticos económico financieros con visión a futuro y así alinear la estrategia de la empresa con los recursos que dispondrá para la consecución de sus objetivos. Asimismo, se analizarán diversos métodos para realizar el presupuesto y pronósticos con el propósito de brindar solución a la problemática planteada, investigando acerca de las bondades y limitaciones de cada uno de ellos para una mejor gestión empresarial. The purpose of this thesis is to design and implement a budget and forecast system for the firm Nutriar S.A. During it, a process will be designed to make a comprehensive budget and economic-financial forecasts with a vision of the future and thus align the company's strategy with the resources it will have to achieve its objectives.
