El presente trabajo estudia los hechos que debe investigar el juez del fuero del trabajo en las diferentes etapas del proceso desde el ingreso de una causa a la oficina judicial hasta el dictado de la sentencia. Así se explica qué clase de hechos investiga el juez laboral, cómo los investiga, cómo aplica el derecho y cuáles son las formas de razonamiento utilizadas en las distintas etapas del proceso. Asimismo, la investigación propone y desarrolla diferentes herramientas que el juez del trabajo utiliza para evaluar el peso y fuerza probatoria, dar respuestas a un planteo jurídico determinado, organizar la prueba y los argumentos y analizar un caso completo. Por último, se postula el deseable perfil del buen juez laboral para llevar a cabo las actividades señaladas cuyas características se resumen en las siguientes: juez activista, creativo, preventivo, teleólogo, terapéutico, protector, de acompañamiento, docente, colaborador y prodigioso. This paper studies the facts that the labor jurisdiction judge must investigate in the different stages of the process from the admission of a case to the judicial office until the issuance of the sentence. This explains what kind of facts the labor judge investigates, how he investigates them, how he applies the law and what are the forms of reasoning used in the different stages of the process. Likewise, the investigation proposes and develops different tools that the labor judge uses to evaluate the weight and probative force, give answers to a certain legal proposal, organize the evidence and the arguments and analyze a complete case.
