Argentina "Habitar-es Colectivos” es un ejercicio proyectual como instrumento de indagación y relato sobre los espacios de intermediación en la vivienda colectiva desde cuatro aproximaciones que se contraponen y entrelazan mediante su relación público privada, creando así, nuevos imaginarios: resignificar el habitar colectivo en la ciudad consolidada como forma de renovación urbana sostenible. La intención de este trabajo es consolidar un modo de posicionarse frente a la problemática de la vivienda colectiva, donde las teorías y casos de estudios son las herramientas e instrumentos de recortes para indagar el presente y pensar así el futuro próximo de las ciudades en proceso de consolidación. Respecto a esto, el hecho de reunir y clasificar casos de estudios como materia prima de indagación sobre los diferentes niveles de intermediación en la vivienda colectiva, nos permite concentrarnos en un entorno académico especifico, estimulando la reciprocidad entre los diferentes actores que se involucran en una misma problemática con el objetivo de tejer relaciones complementarias que alimentarán luego al proyecto como herramienta de exploración práctica. Estas realidades construidas entrelazadas al ejercicio proyectual de verificar en un caso concreto sobre el barrio Güemes de la ciudad de Córdoba genera una teoría aplicada. El trabajo que aquí comienza parte de otras investigaciones y hace uso de sus herramientas como así también de la practica proyectual construida que se toma como estudio, con el objetivo de brindarse hacia esta misma comunidad académica de la cual se alimenta, y juntos repensar las ciudades que habitaremos en el futuro inmediato. Inhabiting-is collective: A design exercise as an instrument of inquiry, a story about the intermediation spaces in collective housing from four approaches that are opposed and intertwined through their public-private relationship, consequently creat-ing new imaginaries: resignifying collective living in consolidated cities as a form of renewal sustainable urbanism. This work intends to consolidate a way of facing collective housing problems, where theories and case studies are the tools to investigate the present and near future of the cities in the consolidation process. The fact to collect and classify case studies as material for inquiry about the different levels of intermediation in collective housing, allows us to concentrate in a specific academic environment, stimulating reciprocity between different participants that are involved in the same problem, weaving complementary relationships that will then feed the project as a practical exploration tool. These constructed realities are intertwined with the exercise of verifying in a specific case in Güemes Córdoba, which gener-ates an applied theory. The work that begins here is part of future investigations and makes use of its tools as well as constructed design practice as a study, intending to provide itself to this same academic community from which it feeds, and together rethink the cities that we will inhabit in the immediate future.
