En el contexto de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de las Naciones Unidas (ODS - ONU) se observarán e identificarán Determinantes ambientales (DA) para la salud en la población de la ciudad de Santa Fe. Para poder lograrlo se analizarán en dos grupos: GRUPO 1 (G1) compuesto por binomios madre-hijo atendidos en el Hospital Iturraspe y GRUPO 2 (G2) integrado por trabajadores de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral. En ambos casos se confeccionará una historia clínica ambiental (HCA). Al G1 también se les tomará muestra de fluido oral para determinar de micronúcleos (biomarcador de genotoxicidad) y se recogerán los datos de la Historia Clínica Neonatal. Al G2 responderá además el Cuestionario Psicosocial de Copenhague (CoPsoQ-ISTAS21), validado para Argentina en 2015. En su conjunto, los distintos resultados obtenidos en G1 y G2 permitirán generar pautas con base en la Atención Primaria de la Salud con énfasis en la Promoción de la salud y Prevención de patologías asociadas a los DA con efectos negativos hallados. Serán los primeros resultados en esta temática en la zona de implementación de este proyecto. In the context of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs - UN), environmental determinants (ED) for health in the city of Santa Fe will be observed and identified. In order to achieve this, they will be analyzed in two groups: GROUP 1 (G1) composed of mother-child binomials attended at the Iturraspe Hospital and GROUP 2 (G2) composed of workers from the Universidad Nacional del Litoral. In both cases, an environmental medical history (EMH) will be made. G1 will also be sampled from oral fluid to determine micronucleus (genotoxicity biomarker) and data from the Neonatal Clinical History will be collected. The G2 will also answer the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (CoPsoQ-ISTAS21), validated for Argentina in 2015. The results obtained in G1 and G2 will allow to generate new actions on Primary Health Care with emphasis on Health Promotion and disease Prevention associated with negatives ED found in this project.
