La presente tesis busca comparar y analizar la gestión llevada a cabo por las entidades proveedoras de servicios de agua y cloaca en Italia y Argentina, enfocando la investigación en aspectos económicos, técnicos, políticos y legales. Como conclusión procura exponer aspectos críticos, oportunidades de mejora y prácticas para emular, especialmente en Argentina. This thesis seeks to compare and analyze the management carried out by the entities in charge of providing water and sewer services in Italy and Argentina, focusing research on economic, technical, political and legal aspects.
